Itinerary :
Day 1: Buenos Aires: Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel. At due time, go for a panoramic tour around the city. Start in Plaza de Mayo (historic square). Second stop is La Boca, upon arriving at La Boca, visit its colorful streets, pass by the conventillos and its well-known Caminito Street. Leave the southern part of the city to reach the northern area, integrated by the neighborhoods of Palermo and Recoleta, where you make a final stop to enjoy the aristocratic part, famous for containing the Recoleta Cemetery. Lunch (on your own) and return to the hotel. Overnight in Buenos Aires
Day 2 Buenos Aires: After breakfast, departure from the hotel towards the north of the city, going all over the residential neighborhoods and passing by the front the “Quinta Presidencial de Olivos”, official residence of the President of the Argentine Nation, located in the outskirts of Buenos Aires City. You head towards El Tigre, a charming neighborhood located at the mouth of the Paraná River Delta. A boat ride through the Delta allows for appreciating the old mansions that contrast with the current wooden houses, built on pillings. After the trip, return to the hotel. At night, attend a dinner show, where you enjoy the magnetism of tango. Overnight in Buenos Aires (B, D)
Day 3/ Buenos Aires – Puerto Iguazu: After breakfast, transfer to the airport to board the scheduled flight to Puerto Iguazú (not included). Arrival, reception at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Puerto Iguazu. (B)
Day 4/ Puerto Iguazu: After breakfast, in the morning leave for Iguazú National Park to visit the Iguazu Falls, declared a Natural World Heritage by UNESCO and one of the Seven Modern Wonders of Nature. During the tour go through the three circuits of the park: Garganta del Diablo, the Upper Trail and the Lower Trail. Have your lunch (not included) and take optionally The Great Adventure. In the afternoon, return to the hotel. Overnight in Puerto Iguazu. (B)
Day 5/ Foz do Iguacu – Rio de Janeiro: After breakfast, depart from Puerto Iguazú to Foz do Iguacu, with the aim of visiting Iguaçu National Park. Once inside the reserve, cross the only path that takes you to the viewpoint of Garganta del Diablo. As you walk, you appreciate a view of almost all the falls. At due time, transfer to the airport to board the flight to Rio de Janeiro (not included). Arrival and reception. Overnight in Rio de Janeiro. (B, D)
Day 6/ Rio de Janeiro: After breakfast, departure from the hotel to visit one of the most famous sites in the city, Christ the Redeemer, statue recently chosen as one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World. From its summit enjoy a panoramic view of Rio de Janeiro and discover why it is known as the “Marvelous City”. At the end of the excursion, have lunch. At due time, visit the famous Pao do Acucar that has become an icon of the city. From its summit, you are able to make out some of the historical sites of the city, such as the Cathedral and the Municipal Theater. Overnight in Rio de Janeiro. (B, L)
Day 7/ Rio de Janeiro: After breakfast, day at leisure to explore a city with lot of life, culture and beaches. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Santa Teresa by its “bondinho”, the last electric train. Overnight in Rio de Janeiro. (B)
Day 8/ Rio de Janeiro: After breakfast, transfer to the airport to board the scheduled flight to your next destination. (B)
