Itinerary :

Day 1: Anchorage: Arrival in Anchorage. Transfer to your hotel available via hotel courtesy shuttle. Overnight stay in Anchorage

Day 2: Anchorage -Prince William Sound Glacier Cruise: This morning, take the Alaska Railroad to Whittier for a glacier cruise into Prince William Sound, a secluded waterway of the North Pacific. You will be within a safe distance of tidewater glaciers, and close enough to “hear” the glaciers move as well as see the brilliant blues in the ice. Return to Anchorage via rail. Overnight stay in Anchorage.

Day 3: Anchorage – Denali National Park: Today you leave for Denali. There will be a scheduled bus transfer to Denali. Remainder of day on your own to explore after arrival. Overnight stay in Denali Park entrance area.

Day 4: Denali National Park – Fairbanks: This morning take a bus tour into Denali National Park. In the afternoon board the Alaska Railroad for departure to Fairbanks. Overnight stay in Fairbanks.

Day 5: Fairbanks: Today, you leave for your half day sightseeing tour and Sternwheeler Riverboat cruise. Overnight stay in Fairbanks.

Day 6: Fairbanks – Deadhorse: Today you will fly to Deadhorse. Here you may visit the Prudhoe Bay oil fields and dip your toe in the frigid waters of the Arctic Ocean. Overnight stay in Deadhorse (Prudhoe Bay).

Day 7: Deadhorse – Coldfoot: Today start a 2-day guided drive south on the Dalton Highway. An experienced driver/guide will provide insight and information about Alaska’s Arctic. The Dalton Highway was made famous during the construction of the Trans Alaska Pipeline. Experience firsthand the amazing tundra of the Arctic Coastal Plain. Overnight stay in Coldfoot.

Day 8: Coldfoot – Fairbanks: Today continue traveling the Dalton Highway and cross the Arctic Circle. Marvel at the majestic beauty of the northlands’ most famous waterway, the Yukon River and learn of its storied past. Overnight stay in Fairbanks.

Day 9: Fairbanks – Anchorage: This morning free time in Fairbanks. In the afternoon scheduled flight to Anchorage. Overnight stay in Anchorage.

Day 10: Depart Anchorage: Today, you depart to your onward journey.

Note : ** Itinerary Day 6 – 8: Depending on your departure day, you may also first travel the Dalton Highway overland from Fairbanks to Deadhorse and then fly back to Fairbanks. Accommodations for this portion of the itinerary consist of very basic, clean rooms that are extremely rustic by urban standards. Rooms do NOT have private bathrooms. Toilets and shower stall facilities are located in the hall way

Within 32 days prior to departure OR No Show: 100% of the package cost
